We care deeply about the health and safety of our riders and horses. Safety is our top priority, period. We reserve the right to stop a session if we believe the horse or rider's safety or health is at risk. We respect the value of your time and financial investment - if one of our horses becomes sick or injured during your scheduled lesson, we will reschedule the remainder of your lesson at no cost to you.
We ask that you respect our time commitment to you, as we respect yours. If you must cancel a lesson or training session with less than 24 hours notice for a non-emergency, or if we have to stop a session due to a reasonably preventable inability of horse or rider to continue, a cancellation fee up to the amount of your scheduled session will apply. We understand that life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate you if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
We highly encourage all riders to wear an ASTM/SEI certified equestrian riding helmet in good condition at all times when mounted and around horses. All minors are required to wear a helmet under most circumstances. If an adult rider chooses not to wear a helmet, or a minor has sufficient reason not to wear a helmet, an additional waiver will be required. Studies have shown that helmets reduce riding-related head injuries by 30-50%! Read More: Click Here
